Pacific Housing Assistance Corporation is a nonprofit development company committed to creating, preserving, and operating affordable housing for Hawaiʻi's aging population, individuals and families with low, moderate, and gap incomes, and those with special or functional needs.

While we develop and support affordable housing communities, each property has their own property management team. Property managers oversee leasing, eligibility requirements, waiting lists, and applications.

Yes! If you meet the eligibility requirements, you are welcome to apply to multiple properties. Because each community operates independently, you will need to submit a separate application to each property you wish to be considered for.

No. Each property is professionally managed by its assigned property management team, who are responsible for leasing, resident services, maintenance, and to include but not limited to the project's day-to-day operations.
