Mililani High School Teacher Workforce Housing

Pacific Housing Assistance Corporation was selected by the School Facilities Authority to develop teacher workforce housing on the Mililani High School campus. As the first of its kind in Hawaii, the project is designed to support the recruitment and retention of teachers while addressing the growing demand for affordable housing. By offering convenient, affordable, and well-appointed living spaces, the initiative is poised to enhance the quality of life for educators while contributing to the stability of the local community.
